Programming Voltage

The 24 pins are likely some version of the 2732, though they could also
be TMS2532's.  The 28 pins can be 27128, 27256, or 27512.  For the
programming voltage, start with the lowest voltage first - unless there
is a manufacturer number on the chip which you can look up.
