Trouble with Pocket Programmer

Make sure there is NOTHING else running on the laptop when you use the 
PP.  If it's software is DOS, don't run it from a dos window under Windows, 
boot only to dos with no drivers loaded.  Had the same problem with my 
first eprom programmer... found out a soft5ware driver was loaded into the 
address space the Programmer used for scratch pad...
