Hiya Bruce,
I'm pretty sure the 93-95 pcms in the pickups with the 4l60e and
80e's monitored trans temp as there is a hot mode altering torque convertor
lockup....could be engine temp though...never really checked...hth's

Subject: Temp sensor
I'd gotten a part no. from the Delphi book, 12160855, it's for a temp sensor
in the tranny in a pcm application. Local dealer, says it's not a good
number. Anyone know of an application using a tranny temp sensor?. Would
imagine auto tranny.
