TCC question in '165

Your scanner may be looking for voltage on the tcc terminal in the
ALDL connector to determine tcc off. Is there a word in the data
stream for tcc? Anyway, you can use a test light connected to the
ALDL tcc terminal and ground. When the light is off, tcc is on.
