ECM's Exchange? Can a 1227303 replace 1227165?

I was at the wrecking yard today and saw a 1227303 that looked cherry and
ludis's web page shows that the 1227303 is a 1227752 with one missing quad
driver.  the 1227752 is a 122165 with a short case?
Anyone have a clue if a 122303 will replace a 1227165?  I'd like to have a
spare 1227165 if this will do it, it would be great!
