Ecu Identification needed.

Hi All,
    Can anyone give some info on the following ECU's
    Both are vehicles from Saudi Arabia.

  VEHICLE           SERVICE NO.            MEMCAL NO.
1-  Caprice 92       16136965                      AYAL 3703
2-  Cadilac 93       16159280                      BCWX 4414

What I need to know is either similar to a common ECU/PCM that you guys in the
States are playing with. I may have to get involved with possibly modifying
them.
