Spark Plug Analysis

Pictures 7-13 to 7-20 are surface gap style plugs.  Do you know who makes
them?  What other applications?  I am specifically lookin for a surface gap
plug for a iron head B/RB mopar.  Does anyone know of a soure?  thanks.
