Off Topic: How to manually solder SMD chips?

Carefully! You must use a very fine tip iron and .010" dia. solder. Also 
get some liquid rosin and apply ONLY to the pads before laying the part 
down. As the rosin evaporates it wicks in the solder. Use twesers to hold 
the part.
