AdjustFuel = UnadjustedFuel * (BLM / 128)
The VE would need to be changed by the same ratio. Keep in mind though
that the VE is often the sum of values from two different tables.

The advance from the non-computer distributor will be way off compared
to what a computer would generate. A few points may match, but the
computer is able to have a much more complex advance function. The
mechanical dizzy must be set for the worst case, while the computer can
include a lot more information in the advance calculation.
