I figured some of the IAC stuff out. There are a couple of locations
that can be changed to help with a throttle blip return.

Locations 5E7 and 5E8 are the delay timers for the IAC throttle
follower return, set these to zero.

Locations 5F0 and 5F1 are the amount of IAC follower vs. the
amount of TPS%. Setting these to lower values will reduce the
amount by which the IAC opens on a throttle increase.

Locations 5E4, 5E5 and 5E6 are the low, med and hi vss
filter values. Setting these to a higher value will speed up the
follower action (try 128).

Would anyone trying these get back to the list on the results?
