Okay, need some help, been erasing all day, got a box of 500 eproms given
too me ....they are 27c256's

But I can't find out who makes them so I can find their datasheet.

There is a bold big S......
Then under the eprom type to the left it has -20 FA
Then under the window there is
2203g08
9014wI.....
