Hey - lets say I had a 79 olds with 350, forged pistons, dual exhaust,
edelbrock cam (too small) and manifold, HEI, TH350 trans and a holley 750.
And I had both a 93 8625 and 94 7427, and I wanted to slap some things
together. The biggest problem that I see is getting the ECM to deal with not
having a transmission it can talk to. I can modify the bins inside tunercat
to make things run, but I would also need to disable all the codes that no
trns would set. Anyone done anything like this. I still have everything
that came off my 93 truck. The car has one of those 2 magnets on the
driveshaft and a coil pickup for a jc whitney cruise control - could i use
this for vss?
Thanks for listening to my electroyappin!
