DIY-WB Output Voltage Scaling

The WB is meant to be a tuning aid.

Then you think about it, there is no real need to make this a closed loop
system.
A vast majority of your time is figuring out what AFR your engine likes
best. Burning a chip or reflashing a pcm isn't what I'd call back breaking
or major time consuming work.
By the time you let the temps stabilize, write your notes, check a plug or
two, it amounts to no big deal to burn a prom.
You also have to remember closed loop at WOT is just fuel. If there is a
big temp difference that causes a fueling change, well, better hope you have
the timing corrrection right for the new MAT.

A much larger and immediate concern would be getting a full time baro/MAT,
timing and or fuel correction.

Tuned correctly, you shouldn't need closed loop for anything. Running a WB
should be just to make sure that things are right.
