DIY WB on EEC list

If *we*, those responsible for it wanted to keep it a secret, not even this
list would know about it.  It was public domained for the world to enjoy.
The only conditions are that it's not to be used as a for profit item, and
any improvements are publicly shared here.  Being a DIY project keeps it
educational.
