Ford Injectors in GM TPI

Todd,
    I used the Ford SVO 24# injectors and retained the clips from the old
injectors.  Although the injectors were not identical they were close enough
to clip in and fit between the fuel rail and manifold without any leaks.  I
don't think mine had a slot that ran the circumferance of the top of the
injector either.  Can't remember exactly but I do know I used the old slots.

cut partially on each side. Do you use the Ford clip or finish the slot all
the way around?
