Emulator gone bonkers

I never reset the ECM.  What I did discover is that the car would glitch or
die since the emulator would make the *PROM* unavailable for a few cycles.
Sometimes it wasn't noticeable. Playing with stuff at idle was the worse.
The engine would usually die.
