You feed each bin to the program seperately.  Or write a script that
feeds each of it's parameters to BitHoist one at a time.

When BitHoist is given multiple files on the command file, it merges
them and then tries to identify the result.  The merge is useful to,
say, take a '7747 PROM and combine it with the '7747's mask ROM to creae
one file to feed to a disassembler.
