For further clarification, the mask ID is at location $8008 as seen by the
microcontroller( through its memory map, correct? In other words, it is at
$0008 if one were to just straight read the EPROM? The reason I ask is I
know in a $6E prom it is at $0008 when viewing with a hex editor. I haven't
seen an $8D chip yet. :-(

Shannen, Bruce ...

Thanks.

As a specific quick example ...
Scan ID = Prom ID = Positions $8000-$8001for '86-'92 TPI F Bodies
BCC = AUJP, ANJF, etc = 4 letter designation on Silver GM sticker
Mask = 8D, 6E, 32, etc = Position $8008 for '86-'92 TPI F bodies.

Thanks again ... truly appreciate it.

Tim
