LS1 Lean Cruise

In OZ GM May enable the lean cruise.  I don't believe your LS1's use EGR in
OZ?
It's probably in the code, I don't know.  The 89 YB code has it, as does the
90-92 FB &  YB
code, it is just not enabled.  I have heard that the EPA considered it an
emissions defeat devise
because it puts out more NOx.
I enabled it on my car, (89 YB) set it to go to 15.5 to 1 at cruise.  16.0
to 1 gave me a lean misfire.
I also had to disable hwy spark, it caused trace detonation at cruise.
With 3.45 gears and .5 6th gear, I can get between 28 and 31 mpg at 70 mph.
