Nope - the '94 & '95 B-car (D-car is only the Cadillac Fleetwood) use
the OBDI style 12 pin connector and PCM (16188051) while the '96 B-car
uses the OBDII style 16 pin connector and PCM (16214399).

I've worked on more than a few of these!
