Maf to Map again

My '87 Z24 Cav had the Speed Density Conversion sticker on the LH strut
tower.  The previous also removed the MAF and connected a IAT to the
yellow and black wires (if i recall correctly), it (the IAT) just
dangled inside the air cleaner.  (Back in 1991, he thought he was
hi-tech, apparently)
