Thanks, I *almost* feel guilty for encouraging this bandwidth
monstrousity but I, myself, enjoyed it.

I did subscribe to R-E starting at about age 13, however, I had a
TI994a, and was first envious of the sinclair and CoCo's for at the "hot
rodding" that could be done to them.  I remember the day I got my
"Perpherial Expansion Box" with the SSSD 5.25 and extra 32k. 
Ultimately, I was fasicinated by the C-64's and, of course, the Zork
text adventure.  The 8" disk really pre-date me but I did see some
abandoned one's as a Highschool student.  The final chapter, although I
never got a C64, just last year I got a c64 color monitor for $7 at
Goodwill and am using it with a VCR.
