PE mode questions.

Kevin. look at the pump shohot qualifer tables, there is one for each
enrichment table, one for WOT and one for other than WOT. 

The implication is that at times both enrichments are applied. 

Note that only TBI applications use pump shot. Its not requiered for
Multiport EFI.
