AKFM 2174 bin

I found a way around the firewall!  

I've uploaded akfm2174.bin and akfm2174.txt to incoming.  If anyone has a .ecu file that works with this bin please upload it!  I'm currently using the 89vette.ecu file which works for the most part (ie spark tables).
