Motorola S code to binary conversion program/utility

I am looking for a program to convert Motorola S code to binary format. Anyone know of a good program to use?

PS - I have a new version of my misc. automotive formulas spreadsheet (Excel) that is on the FTP site, how do I get a new version of it on the FTP site?
