Replying to my own message!
After looking at the pinouts for the 27C128 and 27C010, the 27C128 has
A0-A13... 27C010 has A14-A16 additional.
They aslo need to be switched high to select the banks, and have pulldown
resistors on them.
I'll draw up a schematic tonight and post when it's uploaded to the FTP site.
