Q-Jet sec size

BobR, Those Qjets are about 1 5/16" dia primarys and
2 1/4" sec.  I have considered using the throttle plate
from a Q jet as a throttle body to take advantage of the
progressive linkage.  WIth a big engine a small single
stage doesn't have enough flow, but a big one tends
to "leap" off the line.  Bruce Roe
