time delay = degrees

A dial back to zero timing light delays the flash by the amount you turn the
advance dial. The dial is calibrated in degrees. Working on building a dash
mounted advance meter. Does anyone have the formula or conversion chart for
time = degrees ?
For example 30 degrees advance is equal to 12.5 ms  time , that way I could
cal the advance meter correctly.
