ALDL on 747

Had this happen on a 305TBI camaro (1989).  Under the MODE option, you can
go into either ALDL or Diagnostic.  ALDL forces an idle to something like 1k
rpm.  I think it also messes with the timing.  Going into Diagnostic mode
should clear that up.

Is it normal for the idle to speed up on an 87 Blazer (OEM 747/TBI, 305ci)
when linking with
diacom?  I've never goofed with a 747 before, I was trying to help
troubleshoot it.
