EPROM manufacturer and device IDs

Ok, I got the freely downloadable .pdf file - but it looked like the
same thing was also for sale for $200.  What was that all about?  :-|

This solves half the equation.  I still need to guess between a 27256,
27C256, 27C256A, and so on.
