TPI '165 pulling timing after Cold start

I have captured the timing event on disk. If anyone cares to look, download the
file located at:

The event is at rows 64 and 65 if you view with MS Excel.
Really the only clues I can see are the NV mode word and the EGR duty cycle. As
you can see, the ECM is pulling about 20 deg of timing until row 65.
This particular calibration is bone stock 88 305 auto 2.73 - AKFM (32 ID) .
Keep in mind that the same thing happens with ARAP and APYN, both 6E IDs
Data pulled with Craig Moates' ECM165V3 program.
