Up-n-running...vortec heads

For about the last 5 years I did startups in autoplants, and in late 94 they 
had vortec engines ready to go into fulsize vans in wentzville, MO - for 1996 
model year.  Generally everyone from plants on down has stuyff at least 3 
years before general public and spy mags see it.
