Hello and help please

Thanks Alex! I'll read that if I can find a copy. But to start with I need a lot more basic info, like how the GM ECM is set up, how to add changes to it's ROM, and memory locations, etc. Most of the replies so far have been way over my head!!!

    You can read and write data blocks using SAE 2190 mode 3B and 3C, could be same that Ford uses.  From previous post also possible to clear/reset by sending no data bytes.

        Guys (and gals),
         
        I've been working with Ford's EEC-V for the last year or so, trying to write a decent set of tuning software. Now I'm getting interested in late model GM tuning. I know absolutely nothing about what is available for later model GM cars and trucks. I've done a few web searches, but all the info I can find seems to relate to 95 or older processors. Is there any information available on 96+ GM processors? Can someone point me in the right direction?
