ODBD II ECM's in older cars?

		92-95 only use the 2 BAR map for the boost gauge, not the
ECM. The 96 and up
		uses one, but in conjunction with a mass. I believe the mass
is the main
		controller. 92-94, is non-ODB. 94-95 is OBD I and 96 and up
is ODB II.

		Can anyone think of a compelling reason to use an ODB II
ECM/PCM/BCM/VCM?
