727 ECU limits

 Is this a variable that can be altered, or is the code just not fast
enough to handle 12K?

 I was assuming, since the 727 is batch fire, that there was no
synchronization between the injector pulses and the RPM input.  But...
ah, forgot about the spark signal.  Hmm...
