'747 FL1&2 .ecu entries

Been meaning to post this. Here are the two entries that I use
for the '747 VE fuel tables. I've broken each into two lines,
so be sure to patch them back together.

I did a sanity check on the FL1 table, I have confidence
that it is at the least close. . .

Did you know that the '747 uses over 300 bytes of table
space for the egr, and it's reeaalll easy to free up? more
