ECU file format bug or gray matter loss? [was Re: Idle Block Learn Cell ??]

The calc I posted matches the aujp bin, so I accept it to work.  It also matches the 38# setting
in the new "custom" chip I just wasted money on.

I'm not a math wiz, so I can't twist it around like yours, but i'm pretty sure yours is incorrect.

p.s. I seem to recall that this calc is the same for the 7747, and that is where I got it.  It
seems to jive in my head?
