lb/hr calculation in ERROR (TunerCat vs. WinBin)

Well it isn't winbin, it's the ECU file your using.  Whoever created that file did simple math to
find the multiplier that is in there and only tested it on 22 #/hr, and that's why it works with
that.  I don't think you can just use a simple multiplier like someone stated, the aujp wants
sec/gram, not grams/sec.  Hence, 1/(#hr/3600*453.59237)*1280 is what you need.  For 22.1#/hr, it
comes out to 459.67 (460).
