BIG WinBin vs TunerCat discrepencies

When in doubt, check that hac's. They contain all the equations/stuff for figuring these problems
out. The VE table in a aujp/anht goes to 5600 rpm, but promedit seems to read the bytes right
before a given table address, which ususally gives the tables dimensions, etc. In the case of the
hi VE table, promedit thinks that table should only have 9 lines (79a?):

FCB 9 ; Number of BP'S per RPM

Promedit reads this 9 as the number of rows, but it should be 11.
