Ok.
The lock is what speed you need to be above and what tps you need to
be below for it to lock.
The unlock is (once it is locked) how low the speed or how high the
tps needs to go to unlock an already locked convertor.
There is also a value in the header of the table that has the speed
below where it won't lock even if the table says it should.
