Holley 4barrel TBI, 700 cfm or 454 TB? Q's

I have an 8625 that came with the truck and 350 tbi, If it can be programmed, 
I see no reason why I couldn't use it with anything.  I am currently using 
the 7747 with the 4bbl holley and 4l60e in the 93 truck.
