sending ecms

Just for what it's worth,  the gm ecms are very robust items, and it don't
take alot of packing to protect them.   I've sent well over 3 dozen, with
the ecm in two of the cushioned USPS envelopes, and they've all worked at
the other end.  That includes to aussie land, and Hawaii.
No guaentees that they won't fail but after this many, odds are favorable.
Just saves a few bucks.
