Signal generator for ecm bench

Scott,
For some reason, I didn't see your original message, just
this reply from Don. I have set up two 555 timers for my
test bench. One for VSS, and one for RPM. I had it all
working with a signal generator, and just put the timer
circuit together to replace the Lab Equipment. The one
sneaky thing is that the VSS signal into the PCM is a
differential signal. I used a small audio transformer to
isolate the 555, and create a differential signal.

There is a lot of info on the WEB on 555 timer circuits. I
can send you the values we used if you want them.
