MAP signal dampening

The way my Electromotive ECU's software compensates for the big cam is that it
has a "blend" table based on RPM that blends a percentage of the TPS voltage
with the MAP voltage to come up with a stable reading at idle & low RPMS.

It seems to work well, when I turn off the option, I have several drivablilty
problems.

Maybe one of the code wizards among us can figure out something like this for a
GMECM.
