Sensor response times; was 89 F-body ECU

I grabbed one of those small IAT sensors too. It was out of the airbox of an
88 Quad 4, and the sensor side was smaller than an SMD cap. But it looked
factory.
I thought I would try it in place of my 89 OEM TPI sensor, which is encased
in brass. Haven't tested it yet though.
