At location 0008 on the less than, equal to 256K proms, is where they
usually ID the program, and code of a paticular .bin file.

having 4 plugs tells me it is the water resistant P4 ecm

The FOI act is fine in theory sorta, but the major manufactureres were
supposted to release the prom data ages ago, and the lawyers have keep it
under wraps since about 1982, so doesn't always help much.
