I remember some scanner I used, or maybe it was the ECM's software, used to 
show you WHAT cell was being accessed. This was long before I knew what to do 
with the info and therefore never paid attention to it. The thing with BLM's 
dosplayed in most scanners is they display the cell being accesed at that 
particular time. I notice in my GN (I use a scanner called "Direct Scan" 
(www.chuengineering.com) which plugs inot the ECM's service port (the card 
edge connector) and DS displays a the BLM cell grid. IN my GN, only like 7 of 
the 15 are actually accessed through most driving ranges. What does this 
mean? It means, that unless you know for certain what driving parameter 
accesses what cell, you'll not find OUT what cell you're in in a typical 
scanner display.
