Why guess, why not just do a "real" time, and include all the exact figures.
The idea is to get accurate repeatable results. Air flow under the hood is
not ignored in doing it accurately, and at 100 MPH is lots of moving air.
If you wan to "see" some results from under hood temps work with a cowl
induction.
