Non efi, ecm, CCC (Really OLD ECM!)

There is very little diffference as I recall in the AV-AH-DR  metering rods,
(I think the CPs are kinda close), but some hunting will find em still.
Usually the 4.1 buicks haave some that work, the hangers are the trick to
generate.   I wound up building my own jig to blueprint em.
