A few lt1 ?'s

Mike,
	The VSS output is not scaled for a speedometer. The Speedometer output
on the LT1 PCM is set for 4004 pulses per mile! what does the Speedo
want? I rescaled one PCM for 8000 pulses per mile, because the Jag
speedo wants that.
